One Saturday each month (upcoming dates: 2/13, 3/13)
10:00a.m. - 11:30a.m.
Cost is $20/session

Includes 30-45 minutes of educational time and open discussion for the remaining time.
 
Come spend time with other individuals learning to live with a Bipolar diagnosis. Discover the ins and outs of the diagnosis as well as how to live successfully. Groups are limited in size.
